At CEMO, challenges - big or small - are not simply outsourced.

CEMO is built to engineer the solution, manufacture it and deliver the result. And we have been doing exactly that for more than seven decades.

From concept and engineering design through to machining, fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and final completion. CEMO has consistently delivered complete and custom-engineered solutions.

The Engineering and Manufacturing Depth Behind CEMO

Claiming to be an in-house manufacturer is not defined by owning one or two machines. It is defined by the depth, breadth, integration, capability and capacity of the manufacturing operation behind the product. These are the foundations that have made CEMO a comprehensive, integrated and proven in-house manufacturer and international exporter.

To demonstrate the scale of our capability, CEMO has presented approximately 60% of its extensive manufacturing asset registry comprising of conventional, CNC and purpose-designed specialised machinery, plant and equipment. All housed within our approximate 16,000m² undercover manufacturing facility.

This extensive manufacturing base has enabled CEMO to manufacture far more than just pumps alone - Over the years, CEMO has manufactured pumps, valves, gearboxes, jetting guns, turbines and specialised engineered equipment for demanding applications. Where additional production capacity is required, CEMO's manufacturing infrastructure allows capacity to be rapidly scaled to meet increased demand.

A PROVEN AUSTRALIAN SUPPLY RECORD

APPLICATIONS MAY DIFFER. THE CEMO PROVEN RECORD DOES NOT.

CEMO commenced global commercialisation of its G Range in 1996 and entered the Australian market during the 1990s.

In 2000, Challenge Pumps Australia became CEMO’s exclusive Australian distributor and partner. CEMO and Challenge Pumps Australia subsequently conceptualised the WEARTUFF brand, building upon CEMO’s existing G Range technology, intellectual property, engineering experience and manufacturing capability.

Irrespective of the branding subsequently applied to the CEMO G Range in Australia,, CEMO’s historical manufacturing and supply records remain evidence of the products manufactured and supplied by CEMO. The branding on the product may have changed however the CEMO engineering, manufacturing capability and proven record behind the CEMO product has not.
